¡Escala! welcomes climbers of all ages and abilities. Join a meet-up to climb with us and follow us on Instagram and Facebook. Speaking Spanish is not required, however we encourage you to check out our Community Guidelines and FAQs for more information on attending a meet-up.

Starting a chapter

If you don’t have an ¡Escala! chapter in your area, no worries! Starting a chapter is easy! All you need is an ambassador and a regular climbing meet-up time. You can choose how often you meet and where your group meets. Contact us if you’re interested in starting a chapter.

Becoming an ambassador

Ambassadors are key to creating community. Ambassadors host meet-ups, help newcomers feel welcome, and communicate any updates with their group. Ambassadors also help lead and provide feedback on initiatives as well as establish relationships with climbing gyms and other local climbing organizations.
